15 LP for win -21 for loss in Bronze 3

I'm a bit confused as to why for the past 30 or 40 games I have been receiving only 13-16 LP for wins but dropping 20-22 LP each loss. I would understand a few odd MMR matchups now and again but this has been going on for dozens and dozens of games now. If I don't maintain a 4:1 win ratio I just keep sliding down. I've had a couple of 5-7 game win streaks and it didn't seem to change the LP gain/loss either.

Any suggestions as to why this continues to happen and what I can do to get back to the normal LP win/loss values?

It's the system clamping down on you because it thinks that's where you belong. Only way to return to normal is to keep winning and get out of bronze 3. Basically you gotta prove it wrong. It's tough, but it can be done. Just keep a positive attitude, and play to the best of your ability.

That's the thing though. I've played for 6 years and I'm consistently just a mid silver player. I was up to S3 promos and through a long series of toxic games and trolling dropped down to B3. I really don't mind climbing out again but if it means winning 4/5 games for 40 games in a row that's simply never going to happen with every second game being an immense struggle just to try and avoid people from rage quitting 10 min in.

I suppose if there's no way to get back to reasonable LP gains I'll just have to be done until next season.
