Yeah i know this sounds crazy but let me explain i often go in queue and feel like i could play any role but one. i would like to go in queue a says i can play anything but adc But i cannot start in queue and ask for anything but adc. (I love to say that over and over again) i'm pretty sure this would reduce queue time without me having a fear of being put in that specific role i can't play.

At that point what would even be the point of something like this? Majority chooses support as the role they don't like, so to make queue times manageable then you get autofilled to support anyways? So... what was accomplished here?

I said MAJORITY. Pretty sure there are people who would also pick ADC, Mid, Top. Those will be a minority still. Support even after all the jungle and top changes and just changes to supports themselves, they still are the least played class. Yes It's closer than before but then jungle gets stronger or top lane meta shifts and then those roles gets more popular. Same with mid and adc. Support no matter how strong it gets its popularity barely changes.
Most people do not like playing support. It will be the most common role to be chosen as the "I don't wanna play this!" Thing. It'll be great for support mains since they'll find matches almost instantly but for everyone else? Good luck

id veto adc but that doesn't mean we are the majority
during their tests they said that the queues were increased significantly and team balance was screwed up due to insane low sample size of supports
