She's still sitting on a 53% winrate in Platinum+. She was out of control before and is still a strong pick now.

On average, people win even their very first game with Kayle jungle. So yes, arguably she is a strong pick regardless of whether or not you main her.

I mean they could just rework kayle, but they tend to be pretty lazy and cautious when its anything to do with old champions.

Cautious is definitely the wrong word. They don't hesitate at all to delete entire champions and replace them, then deny refunds on the deleted content.

I mean, that previous ult was pretty stupid. At least with this one you can go against a wall, and even just walk away. The old one was just qss or take 50% before the fight started if she had a kill lead or tiamat, heck, even before with a pick and long she'd do 35-40% with just the ult. And you can still qss the new ult.

Kayle don't need sated to be strong. Try Runeglaive. Even with the proc nerf dev will still be really strong on kyle too.

It applies to kale the same way hurricane and hydra applies to kayle. She is classified as ranged or melee depending on her e. (hurricane kayle is popular with devourer / nashor builds)

I understand her interactions with those, however has the devourer change been tested on her on the PBE?

Kayle is primarily ranged due to her E and her E can permanently be on after with a little CDR

A little CDR? At least 37.50% CDR dude. And it tooks at least 2 slot items (even counting the runes & masteries). She already lacks mana, now her damage is low and still Have To build CDR for mediocre damage (AND build AP And build AS)?
