I Can't Win

Hello, lately it seems that I can't win a f***ing game of League of Legends. The past 2 months have been the worst 2 months of League ever. I have no idea what to do atm. It is getting damn hard to play league when I know i'm just going to lose. I used to have 100+ more wins then I did losses, I have 7 now. 7 more wins then losses. That is pathetic and outrageous. It has been getting a lot worse now with the introduction of the new champion, I main adc and people get the role, play xayah and rakan, and feed every single game. It's so hard to play this game because I feel that I am not doing bad, it's just either my team sucks, comp sucks, etc. It is the same thing every single game. I just want to win a game of league ffs. Check my match history it is honestly just depressing. Please give me tips, help, something, anything at all that could help me cause it's to the point where I don;t want to hit find match cause I know i'll lose in a way that is out of my control. Every since I was a young lad my luck has generally been really bad, but these last couple months of teamates is on a whole different level to the point of insanity. Please help me I don't want to quit a game I love, but I very well might cause what is the point...

With regards to ADC, my personal recommendations are:

  • Masteries: If you're playing Draven, run Warlord's Bloodlust; if you're playing Jhin, run Deathfire Touch; otherwise, run Fervor.
  • Itemization: On Lucian, there's a lot of different ways to build him, so I'm not saying mine is the best; it's just what worked for me. I go for the Infinity Edge rush along with the Phantom Dancer rush (if you don't have enough for any of the IE components, build a PD component). Lucian works wonders against Xayah, especially with a Braum. Then I'd go Bloodthirster, but this is a personal preference. Some people like BoRK, but I'm not one of them.
  • Attitude: In many games, there are opportunities for a single player to take control of the game and either hard carry or lead the team around objectives until the enemy Nexus falls. You're going into games thinking about how much you've lost and how much you'd like to win, but you need to take to heart the reason why you lose each and every game and why you win the games you win. Hoping for good players is nice, but being able to understand how to stomp your lane is arguably more important and translatable into future games. You're tilted, and if need be, I'd recommend creating a new account in order to practice your mechanics and improve your self-esteem. You'll be playing with other smurfs, sure, but your fresh MMR will hopefully adjust to a number that's closer to where you feel you're at. You can build up your MMR on this account, and once you're confident enough, you can go back to your main.

GL;HF!

How did u get to diamond. I mean seriously I'm on a lose streak spanning over 2 months. I feel like every time I hit accept i'm asking to get 4 trolls/feeders/afks. Just played a game and you can look at my match history i had 4 feeders and I won lane, but a bork lucian cannot 1v5 against a bunch of tanks. I really do not know what to do. I only 5 more wins then losses in normals after 2600 games. Even I know that is pathetic. Atm i'm going on my smurf and spamming dray cause the only thing I want to do, but idk what to do.

I got to Diamond by doing my own theory crafting. Rather than just playing what's "good" or "meta", I was given certain champions in ARAM and I felt their strengths and weaknesses. From there, I determined whether the mechanics I just used translated well into Summoner's Rift. Then I played them in normals and see how well they translated. Once I got used to a champion, that's where itemization and macro gameplay come in. I determined what the best roams to do and when to do them were, what the best item paths were, etc.

Every game is a learning experience, and focusing simply on the wins and losses isn't a viable way to learn the game. Play to not only win, but also to improve.

dude tell me about it, its been nothing but feeders and people who just refuse to use their brains when playing. i get its a game, it supposed to be fun but whats fun about having to lose every single game you play because you get matched with someone who wants to int and feed. i've been playing this game for years and love it to death but its not even fun anymore. you cant climb because people dont want to play for objectives, feed, play champs who have no utility in game. its just annoying as can be when you want to play the game, you love the game, you know you can be a higher rank but you cant climb because every game is just worse then the last.
