Can we get her empowered E to give grievous wounds on her target for like, what, 3 seconds?

  1. Fits with her lore, flaying people and stuff.
  2. Makes role more defined instead of just a map pressure tool.
  3. She won't be completely denied her kill potential when the enemy team is running a heal/shield % build support that can literally top off the target for double their own health.

I don't think so... Her Empowered E already does 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 + 6% (+4% per 100 Ability Power) of target's maximum health in magic damage AND applies on-hit effects.

That last part is important, because it means with item 3100 build, you can do some pretty absurd and instantaneous burst damage with Empowered E...


The main "feels bad" part about it however isn't the damage, but rather the range... It's supposed to be her sort-of gapcloser sort-of sticking potential ability but 225 units of range is just terrible for it's purpose, what i'd rather suggest is increasing the range on her Empowered E alone to AT LEAST 400 units range... Non-empowered E can still stay at 225 units cast range.

I just want to see her get a move speed buff.

Even with a trio of move speed quints?(which soon won't exist...) EVERYONE is still faster then me in the early game! Watching multiple enemies just.. walk away from you... feels REALLY disheartening! Heck, I've even rushed boots and STILL can't catch most champs! For an assassin with limited mobility and an already weak early game? Some additional move speed seems more then fair.
