Massive random lag spikes [EUW]

Since last night (approx 13 hours before posting this) there are random but severe lag spikes during the game. This is on euw, and at least 2 people I know have the same issue with the same occurrence rate (once per minute on average).

The ping is good and no other programs or websites show issues, so this has to be on your end.

The lag spike is between a few seconds of screen-freeze up to an actual "attempting to reconnect" that lasts up to half a minute.
