[CLIENT] Mouse Movement Speed overrides windows settings

Every single time I start a game, any type, normal, ranked or any of the rotating modes, the game's mouse speed overrides my windows settings.

Specifically, my windows slider is on 4 bars, and ingame it's on 50.

As soon as I get on the loading screen, the mouse speeds up and I have to go change the windows mouse speed back to 4, since league moves it to 5.

If you put it on 6 ingame, it will move it to 6 bars on windows settings, and same goes for any other position on the slider.

This is extremely annoying and I would like it to be fixed, thank you in advance.
