So don't you think Stormrazor is completely broken ?

Okay so , Inb4 , I'm in gold , my opinion shouldn't be that important for a lot of you , but I was just playing Wukong Dark Harvest in aram I went this as full build and Stormrazor I really don't know much about items but , I can say , I could take half of the turrent hp with the empowered auto attack with q , is that healthy ? I just felt guitly for 1 shooting anyone with Q , but I can say , it was fun I recorded videos of how I could 100-0 anyone with q , and how I took half of tower hp with a single 1 , I can post them here if anyone helps me by telling me how to post them.
