yea maokai is fuked cuz they fuked his rework... he dont have damage on anything anymore and his ult is a joke that is too slow with to long of a cd...

after the nerfs of his E on this patch ( just after the rework released) he has a 48.18% win rate at support... and 48.79% top and 47.00% in jungle which ranks 35th out of 37 junglers

Maokai can have it cause he is a tank and wont get as much ap as Satan would. So to allow Satan to have it would mean they will have to do nerfs in other areas.

and maokai E was already nerfed and he has a win rate of about 46% in top, jungle, and SUPPORT now
