Just a clarity point: If I am laning as the tiny tower of terror and I am trying to land my baleful strike on the first minion...will it pass through to hit the second? Or is it a skill shot that lands damage and applies stacks to both targets hit? I'm just trying to understand how you would focus on landing a Q and intending to kill the first target, or if that is no longer possible. Thanks!
It damages both targets.
if you're looking to farm ap, the new veigar can get about a third as many q stacks as he normally gets. Essentially he gains 2 ap per q if timed correctly.
Right but the Q-skill shot says that it hits and stops on the second. I'm just trying to verify that the q can then technically last hit BOTH minions with the single skill shot and earn additional q stacks.
q hits up to 2 targets that are close together or one in front and 2nd behind it, disable smart cast and practice a bit, hit box is bit wonky tho
