Time to complain about runes reforged!

I can't say I quite understand runes reforged, a lot of them are just champion passives. So when you take Press the Attack on Jax he just goes one, two, and Ws the rest of your hp away. A specific example is this game. https://i.imgur.com/y8lJhVF.png Overall it was going alright but as time went on Jax just kept getting fed. His ganks were unstoppable and he easily walked all over me in the jungle. I'm not annoyed or salty per se, but it wasn't very fun. The enemy team didn't even win, Jax won the game for them and that does miff me a bit. Anyone else have any similar games?

there are some serious unbalances that hopefully will be adjusted, some runes are worthless, while others are just downright ridiculous, and its all a matter of changing 10% to 5% or 10 seconds to 20, or whatever.

i did a test with that gain % health every 8 minions in the practice tool and took forever just to get a bonus 100 hp, not sure if maybe its an issue with the distance u need to be, or what. it would be nice if some of these runes showed that circle of effect when u mouse over it on that stat in game
