I want to congratulate Riot's art department. The splash art for skins recently has been absolutely gorgeous. From Ashen Lord

, the art is just so amazing it makes loading screens more fun, looking at all the small details and admiring just how beautiful some skins are. My personal favourites are ElderWood

I think my favourite splash of all time is Blood Moon Elise (also base Elise) because it perfectly captures how ... cold and creepy she is. Seeing her so relaxed and comfortable on top of the screaming people she's trapped is just amazing and it sums up her character perfectly while being gorgeous.
Favourite recent splash? Program Lissandra but given that technically doesn't exist yet, I probably have to say Ashen Lord Aurelion Sol too. That's just stunning.
EDIT: Also, I have to mention the Snow Day splash from last year. I know it wasn't necessarily the most well-drawn splash but it just captured Snowdown perfectly. Really loved it.
I agree. The splash art quality is getting better and better, though IMO it's mostly been top-notch for the last few years.
every skin other than the stupid hunter skin looks decent, hunter skins are literally trash.

I think one of my favorite skins is Arcade Hecarim. I don't play him, never have. But that skin is glorious.
Freaking expensive though.
Rito needs to bring back the slight discount at the launch of skins XD
