Move 5% attack speed from Statikk Shiv and move it to Rapid Fire Cannon.
It never made sense that "Rapid Fire" cannon had the least attack speed of all zeal items. Furthermore, since ADCs almost always pick up SS first, it will detract ever so slightly from their early power, and further subtract from those who don't buy both.

It’s not “Rapid-fire Cannon” it’s “Rapid Fire-cannon”. It’s a fire cannon that makes you move fast
All the Zeal upgrades make you move fast. In fact, Firecannon and Shiv are the 'slowest' of the upgrades.
