Why does rivens shield spell scale with attack damage.
As if riven having 4 dashes, a stun, and a % health execute wasnt bad enough, you decided to make her very tanky even when she builds nothing but attack damage. Seems legit.

She has no sustain though like literally the lowest hp regen and it's on a melee champion ...like that honestly changes anything about her past level 6 ...like Lifesteal can't just gain it all back coupled with her AoE CC
She's also terribly squishy and needs to build heavy on the AD for that shield to be effective, it also only lasts for 1.5 seconds. Most bruiser mains tend to walk all over her. It's a matter of knowing how to beat her.
