In-game music player

What if Riot puts a in-game music player which can be customized in the player profile right beside the "custom item set", i get cancer everytim for CTRL ESC and change music while getting abused by a , maybe something like the pic shows, please, Riot, so i wont die to the cancerous .

Just make a playlist outside of the game and play it while in-game. This suggestion just means that you need the audio files anyway, so there, no problem. A solution would be either A, making the game windowed or B, making the game fullscreen borderless and using a second monitor to control music / look at stats etc..
