can get the first strike card by buying the prject skin now, as Riot didn't release first strike in the old time when project 
is out, maybe Riot would be so kind and gift first strike for old project Yasuo?

its kinda frightening how people actually go for that crap. its 450 rp and you dont even get the summoner icon for the champion. you have to buy those extra, wtf. the minions and the spawn animation are going to disappear in 2 weeks anyways. so whats the point?
Why don't people understand. First off when yasuo was first released he was on sale for 975. All these first strike promotion was given to people who are buying the skin at normal price. That doesn't seem right that people who bought yasuo for 975 gets a border while these skins are required to spend at least 1350.
Second it's a new skin theme while yasuo did start it they can change it for future skin theme. I'm sure when they release more project skin they'll more than likely won't be a border.
Holy shit no, it's so stupidly ugly I'm actually waiting on buying the skins not to get it, don't ruin my Yasuo skin.
The only logical way to go about this is to make the border purchasable through RP. They wouldn't make it free, as those who bought the new project skins paid the full amount upfront for them, while Yasuo was on sale the first week. But even so, if they chose to make it an addition you could buy, it wouldn't differentiate between those who DID buy yasuo on sale and those who purchased him after. That is exactly one of the reasons Riot won't implement it. The other is that they either A.) blatantly don't give a shit about making a new border and/or B.) that they don't think it would be worth doing.
So, unfortunately, I'm 99.95% sure a project yasuo border will not happen.
