Almost literally impossible, as his strongest spell is 450 +100% AP damage. The entire enemy team would need to be around 16 levels behind Fizz, plus some AP.

It's entirely possible for an assassin to pull off 5 last hits after gibbing that one squishy bastard on the enemy team. That's like complaining Shyvana cleared out the top part of your jungle when you weren't looking for 20 seconds.

Ironically, Fizz is very weak at the LCS level. He's mostly a pubstomper, where kills matter more. The higher you go, you find that people prefer champions that can help the whole team and help with objectives. Fizz kills people and can run around, but thats it. Same reason why Akali is a rare sight.

Thats more of the 'assassin dominating mid lane' rather than Akali specifically. This being a direct cause of the mana regen nerfs that forced the situation. I'm referring to the last time when there was a semblance of balance in mid lane, though I suppose I should have worded my statement as such. The fault for that is mine.
