Add a Troll Detector Report Option

This report option would stop trolls, and allow people to dodge for free if there is a troll in their game.

It would work like: after ~35 reports player X would be marked as a troll for X amount of time/amount of games. Reports from the enemy team would count as 2, while teammate reports would count as 1. After player is marked for being a troll they are given lower priority queue, and when they enter games their team is given a message: A player in this game is marked a troll, you will be allowed to dodge for a decreased penalty this game. If the player dodges they won't be punished, unless they do it more than 5 times in X amount of time (Yes, I know this would be unfair to them if they get lots of trolls, but luck is luck).

This would make it easier to stop trolls, but their team couldn't gang up on them because it would take multiple cases of trolling for them to be marked.

Here is my problem.

I like to play Eve mid occasionally.

I am called a troll. Generally, they threaten to report me in champ select, and complain in all chat when the game starts. Even if I carry, some people are still pissed post game, saying "Oh, you only went 8/3 because you KS'd me you bastard" and the like.

That is when I WIN.

If I do badly (Which if it was a reportable offense we would all be fucked) I would get 9 reports, and probably some form of ban if "Troll" was a report.
