@Riot/Meddler, this is how to easily fix Teleport.

TLDR: make Teleport go on a 1 minute cooldown every time you recall.

Explanation:

Teleport is toxic in that it allows people to infinitely sustain by just dumping all their resources, TPing back to lane, and basically making kill threats non-existent since it is always advantagous to have a better first back and get the gold/xp advantage, not to mention a safety net in case you get ganked/ take a bad trade.

Teleport is good in that it allows people, especially top laners (who are often on an island, and need a way to influence other parts of the map) to make cool and exciting plays where you come down and flank bot lane or countergank a tower dive, etc..

This change would preserve the cool, positive aspects of teleport, but prevent it from being abused as just a constant come-back-to-lane and you can never push me out mechanic.
