This is the worst season for Riot and community communication (warning quite long)

This is not me ranting this is what I believe is really happening this season. First of all I do like Riot as a company and they are probably one of my favorite video game companies, but even I can tell that they are not listening to there fans at all this season compared to others. I think the best example of this is the Veigar rework, which I will not give my opinion on because that is not what this topic is about, but anyways there was a huge outcry from fans about the rework saying that it was bad a long time before he was officially changed and what did Riot do about it, nothing. Now even after the changes people are still saying that he is worse and that the changes were terrible and yet Riot still green lit his release after all the backlash.

I remember in other seasons where Riot would keep changes on the PBE longer if there seemed to be problems with them and would keep on working on them to make sure that when they shipped out the change it would be in a decent or good state most of the time, but in this season I have yet to see them do that once and they have just been releasing change after change without do anything to fix them even if there are glaring problems with them that should be looked at before going live. I am not going into every problem that is in the game right now because that is not what this is about, this is about why Riot has seemingly been neglecting the community's ideas and opinions and a lot of the time not even explaining why. I know that there are not many Reds on the boards and they can not answer every question but when people have well thought out questions or complaints with a large amount of likes people expect something from the Reds that are supposed to be watching those boards and when they do not see anything on those comments it disheartens many people, including myself.

Also, people have been saying that Riot has not been reading the boards because there is high amounts of toxicity in them and that is not true they do read but the problem is they do not act at all to the comments, both negative and constructive. When people see that Riot does not react or do anything about what is displayed on the boards of course they would think that they are not reading them because if they do not see anything changed after so many different comments or have those comments discussed by a Red they are for all intents and purposes not reading them because the whole point of this board is to get fan feedback and ideas. A lot of comments with many likes on the boards bash on Riot and are generally pretty rude lately because of the fact that there are so many problems with the game right now that a lot of people are annoyed (including me).

I have actually stopped playing on summoner's rift because of how unbalanced and just not fun it is to play on it, all I do ow is aram and 3v3 really because that seems to be the only places that I can enjoy playing the game. So to make a very long story short I am very displeased with how little Riot has been listening to the community about the game and I believe the only way that the balance issues will be fixed is when Riot and the community can work together again to fix the game because you do have bright people in your community with great ideas and who else would know better on how to make your game fun then the people who play it.
