I'm confused. Why should you dodge if you main Janna and get autofilled? You didn't even specify what role they would be autofilled in. If they main a support, wouldn't they likely have autofill protection pretty frequently?
I get what you're saying. Some people strictly play Janna but when they get another role they are like a fish out of water. Maybe you should offer to switch roles with them, or see what other lane they would feel more comfortable in if the support isn't willing to switch. Most people have a secondary role they would be willing to play in. If not then........... you win some, you lose some.
