@meddler Vladimir's direction?

So far the rework has ultimately nerfed 3 of Vladimir's skills (lowered damage and healing consistency on Q, W 5% maxhealth scaling nerf, E lowered overall dps with healthcost up to sixfold higher along with removed sustain buff), and WoTA has been removed. Before the rework, he was sitting on 47% winrate, so he was clearly a below average champion. Taking his primary tool and nerfing his abilities seems a tad odd.

I'm curious as to what the rework was intended to do and as to the general direction you plan on taking the champion in.
