Why did you guys make a champion like Ekko?
He looks more broken the release Ezrael.

I'm going to guess he is OP and nerfed in the hotfix.

Appearances can be deceiving.
I'm sure he'll be strong but nearly everything in his kit has some form of counterplay (well except for E but E's just a dash so theres not really much you can do to add counterplay to a dash)
Q hits twice but takes quite a while to return to Ekko, allowing you to dodge it
W has a delay before it activates (you can also see it coming beforehand, even if you can't see where its going to land)
R probably has the highest counterplay of any skill in the game (exaggeration, maybe but it has a really high amount of counterplay), given that it telegraphs itself four seconds in advance.
