AFK Bonus/Buff

What does everyone think about taking the tier 2 tower shield and putting it on the tier one towers when a team has a DC/AFK? This would allow players to safely farm when they get back into the game and while they are afk their teammates wont be dove non stop. For example, I just played a game as adc and I had an afk support, got dove and denied cs for about 20 minutes until he finally connects again. How is this fair? By adding a shield to towers it makes the game much more fun and fair. It also will help people to not go on tilt when they have an afk
