Galio.
People should realize by know that Galios kit is heavily overloaded and is still boring to play. Riot should stop buffing him and rework him instead. Even though he is overloaded noone wants to play him.

Galio's kit isn't overloaded.
Overloaded is more a champion's kit does to many things at once. Jack of all trades, to many strengths leaving very little in the way of meaningful weaknesses, muddling the clarity of their kit, and otherwise giving off the impression they gained a lot of little bonuses for no real tradeoff.
Galio's kit doesn't do a whole lot of things, and what diversity it does offer comes at the price of a pretty big trade-off. His raned poke doesn't synergize well with his melee face-tanking, and his tanking capabilities don't synergize with his ranged poke. Otherwise Galio's kit is pretty straightforward. He's difficult to kill with magic damage and brings an AoE silence, he's not difficult to kill with physical damage and encourages people to AA him to death. He brings amazing counter-initiation potential, and pretty lackluster initiation potential. All his strengths are met with an opposing weakness.
People like you are the reason Galio is allowed to be so strong right now, LOL. How the fuck is someone who can heal for 1500 with a single ability easy to kill with AD?

As much as I appreciate taking credit for what Riot is doing, I have no control over it.

Galio's max heal is 425+150% AP, seeing as it gets weaker with each hit. To heal 1500 HP total he'd need ~717 AP total, or an average of ~120 AP in 6 item slots.
Basically: to get a level of healing easily achieved by life steal, Galio is made of tissue paper, which is pretty easy to rip apart by anoyone that built 2 major damage items, let alone 6. It would also generally render the healing itself useless, as a gentle breeze could OHKO Galio.
AD also has life steal. It's not like Galio is going to out-sustain an AD champion that late in a game.
Beyond that: it's worth considering an average game only lasts in the ~33 minute zone, with around ~11k gold per player.
While it's cool to occasionally consider how powerful a champion can be at the point Viegar can 1-shot a team, it's worth noting in this particular instance Tanks like Galio tend to loose a lot of momentum at around the 3rd major item phase, where a solid chunk of AD champions and most AD auto-attackers are carries and hyper-carries that start scaling pretty hard at the 3rd major item point. That's when Vayne and Master Yi become a huge problem.
6 major items in: 1,000 DPS is realistically achievable, with room for a Guardian Angel or Banshee's Veil to easily overpower 717 AP Galio's combo.
He wouldn't need that much AP. Taking the Runic Armor mastery and buying Spirit Visage (which also gives a little bit of AP thanks to his passive) would make him heal that much with less than 717 AP. Besides, the advantage of an actual ability that heals you over life steal is that it works (or at least Galio's heal does) while CC'd, and because of your nuking potential and how fed you should probably be at that point, people are going to want to CC you. Also, I think you're forgetting that his heal also gives him a bunch of armor and magic resist.
he is not overloaded. RIOT has barely changed him.
ITT: we pretend to know what "overloaded" means, but we really don't.
Oh yea, that Q with a slow as shit travel time with good damage and a slow. Too bad it still travels liek a turd with a tiny area of impact
What, a Nerf Galio thread? WTF IS THIS? do you even know what overloaded means?
Did he get changed in the mage update? I don't remember the last time Galio had anything done to him.
