the game is repetitive and boring. There is no reason to play anymore since there are so many other better games out right now. Like overwatch

Same. 150+ friends, and 25 "homies" that I played with like crazy for over 2 years nonstop. Not a coincidence that they ALL quit shortly after s6, except maybe 2-3 in the homies and 5-6 in the other one, occasionally logging in here and there for one game.

And not a coincidence that there are constant threads about this very problem. Nor has Riot bragged about their numbers in a while, have they?

I made the suggestion that someone, Riot or otherwise, check the population numbers and tell us how it looks beginning, mid, end of this season, as opposed to the past seasons - to get an indication of whether the community really is happy with DQ/balance/whatever.

Rather than coming on here arguing that "no one has evidence of blahblahblah" like a bunch of terrible 11 yr old trolls, wouldn't this be the smart thing to do/ask for?

Yea, I'm completely fine with the argument that boards isn't representative of the playerbase as a whole (the "vocal minority" bit), but I think it's a stretch to dismiss the increase in such threads as a vocal minority becoming more vocal. Regardless of where the game stands in an absolute, I think it's becoming clear that it's heading in the wrong direction.

I guarantee you Riot has those numbers and checks them, and I don't think it's a coincidence that Riot's stopped announcing them.

look at my match history, and no i don't get back to the game, its not because one person said he quit and then come backs that we all do this and i know personnaly in real life 8 of my friends who quit also because the game has become very boring and meaningless.

Yup a lot of ppl quiting, but thats because Riot doesn't care about players , only about pros and the game is becoming less and less fun ;(

I have a friends list of 150 people. I used to see them all the time. Now I see... 2 or 3 each time I log on? And I know for a fact that four of the peeps I used to play with often left the game. It's probably why Riot is pushing Dynamic queue down our throats and trying to encourage people to bring friends to the game. Because they've noticed too.

I wish I had the willpower to quit this game.

Season 6 has been especially harsh, dynamic queue has made games totally random. One-sided stomps one way or the other. Being forced to play against a team of enemies on voice comms who spend the whole game ganging up on you. Being forced to play alongside teams of 4 other players who don't say a word to you. Plus, of course, the fact that there's a huge MMR disparity between the four players and the one in games like that.

It doesn't feel like the players on either team are even of roughly the same skill level any more. Feels like much more of a coin toss as to whether you win or lose now, and even then the actually fair games seem much rarer.

Also agreeing that all of the people I used to have on my friends list have disappeared, they don't play any more.

Whatever. I've been here for years. You aren't saying anything new or original. You're not providing any solid evidence to base your claims on. We see people like you multiple times a year, and yet the game continues on.
