Punishment for AFK/leaving is far too small.

Ive had 5 games in a row now, all 5 of them had either an AFKer or a leaver, and to be honest it seems like the punishment is FAR too small. I dont know what else it should be, but something has to be done here. Its SUCH a tiltfest when people do this. [zombie-brand-facepalm]

Any ideas?
