There needs to be a report option for people being boastful in all chat.

Many times have I faced opponents who've gotten fed and felt the need to boast about it or say something just to get a rise out of people over all chat every time they get a kill or they make a play and it's very annoying.

I don't want these people feeling like they're getting around the rules just because they feel like they aren't saying anything that's actually "toxic" or not.
