What are the strongest runes on Vayne?

Ive been experimenting lately with higher crit damage runes, full ad runes, and im thinking of armor pen runes. Are armor pen runes the strongest?

Personally I'd take phys dmg to help with my cs, but if I were a pro gamer I'd probably like attack speed runes, maybe with a mix of AD.

When I go vayne I run the basics. pretty much all adcs I go I run this page. full ad marks full armor seals 1 rune armor glyphs 8 MR glyphs full attack speed quins

I use

2x LS quints 1x AD quints 7x AD red 2x crit chance red 9x AS yellow 9x AS blue

Armor and MR do nothing, if you mess up youre dead. Runes wont save you. All you need is AS. AD reds are to help with last hitting. The 2% crit chance is there because 1% is too low, 2% I actually get crits occasionally that can be huge early game. Might as well gamble.

Blues - Flat Mr Yellows - Health per level (flat armor also fine) Red - Flat AD Quint - Attack speed
