Build that might make Kennen viable-r?

Recently, I've been playing a lot of Kennen on my smurf. He's always seemed to me like a champion that people haven't quite figured out, and I've been testing builds trying to do so. Of course, I began with the typical full-AP-Zhonya's-suicide build, and had moderate success. I then transitioned into an off-tank AP build, which was more effective, but still a little lackluster. Then, I began to think, and made a sort of AP attack speed Kennen build, which plays directly to his strengths. The typical build order is as follows:

-Guinsoo's Rageblade -Rylai's Crystal Scepter -Boots (MT, NT, or BG) -Nashor's Tooth -Liandry's Torment -A defense item (Randuin's or Spirit Visage) or an offensive item (Twin Shadows, Wit's End, or Void Staff)

I've found that the Guinsoo's is incredibly effective on Kennen, due to his high AD and AS stats, as well as his AP kit. It's also rather easy to keep up eight stacks on Guinsoo's due to Kennen's manaless ability spamming. Rylai's and Liandry's is of course incredible for Kennen's ult, and the AP gained from the items contributes to Nashor's Tooth damage. The health from the two items also gives Kennen a little survivability for his ult.

I've been running 21/9/0 on him and maxing Q, although little testing has been done with other combinations.

It's been yielding some pretty quality results, with me almost always winning lane and contributing greatly in teamfights. He's also an absolute beast in 1v1s.

I've never really done anything like this before, so I was wondering what some more knowledgeable players might think about this build?

(and it's name is Kenn-Guin)

Haven't tried it with Gunblade, although I've been considering it, and haven't tried TF due to mana.

having a manaless champ isnt really a good reason not to get TF. the mana is basically free if you can proc the passive often. with ken its especially good considering his base AD. also it makes his chase/escape potential go from hard to deal with to absolutely unbearable

edit: i wouldnt get it every game, but if you are snowballing give it a go. it will make sure you snowball into oblivion

Glad to see someone who embraces that 200 mana isn't a massive waste. I plan on trying soon, as I'm excited to see how Kennen's W proc works with the TF proc.
