Riven Beats Darius Really Easily Now

That's kind of never supposed to happen....Ever...I think you all might have done something wrong with Darius Like giving his Q a delay wonder how that has gone before Veigar

But seriously though, Darius feels really clunky and his Q is nearly impossible to hit against an even alright opponent due to the .75 second delay and demarcation of where it will hit. He can't stick to shit cause he has no ms boost meaning people can literally just walk away from me if they have boots...... or naturally higher ms.

Just because you beat a garbage darius doesn't mean "Riven beats Darius every time GG."

No, that's not it. Not even Boxbox can beat an actually good Darius and he is considered the best Riven player in the world to the best of my knowledge. Now it says something when even a poor riven player like me can easily dodge all of his moves just because of the tell tale signs of his moves. He can't keep up with my cause he has no ms boost any more, I can easily dodge his Q and I deserve to die if I ever let him stack 5 stacks to proc his passive.

I've seen boxbox beat and lose to old darius pretty evenly, and mostly based on junglers snowballing one way or the other.

It was, as most riven matchups, skill based, except it snowballed pretty hard and fast relatively.

Time will tell with the new darius. Maybe darius players will start using autos to trade and using q only after taking damage because of the heal + 5 stack ad bonus instead of just obnoxiously instant spinning on anyone who dares farm minions ever in melee range.

Boxbox isn't the best Riven player in the world though yeah, he's really good, and yeah, Darius was something of a Riven counter, if not the hardest counter she had.

Riven probably does counter him now tbh. His Q's scaling has been improved, but it's unreliable as fuck, and all his base damages have been nerfed. I can't imagine he does any real damage early game without Bloodrage, and getting all five ticks on Riven seems unlikely. Darius used to beat Riven by starting cloth/5 and relying on his large base damages to kill her but that just doesn't seem to be much of an option now.

no.. darius REALLY sucks now.

kind of an apples and oranges comparison to be fair, at least veigar will almost always cage his opponent now as to where before he either would or wouldnt stun them. Darius just gonna always miss his q.

Would you like if Darius ignored unit collision and gained a small amount of move speed while Q was casting?

Totally.Give the old MS boost of the passive to the Q, right now anyone with a brain will engage darius and stay on him until he dies since he has no way of ever hitting the Q from the blade side if someone stays on him relentlessly.

Brofresco beat a Riven using Darius, I mean absolutely raped and steamrolled her. It was ridiculous. He's bad too.
