6.2 Dark Seal is a huge buff to singed players

I want to point out that now you can start refillable potion and don't have to proxy the first 2 waves if it's an abusive lane bully. Shove the wave hard, proxy the next and back, you can now pickup corrupting and build towards rylai's and walk back to top :) Also i've tried the double dark seal which really strong and the healing stacks.

Don't upgrade it. You want the healing increase and it's not like you'll get any stacks.

Generally you dont want to but Singed is pretty safe mid to late game, even in teamfights. If you're team is winning laning phase you can certainly upgrade it in replacement of liandrys.
