The game is lagging like crazy since the pre-season update.

I am talking about a lag that is so bad, it disables me from locking in a champ, causing the client to think that I dodged, and in-game where I fuck up easy ganks/escapes/outplay. Considering I have just begun to learn (and we all know how hard it is to master him), this is really bringing my piss to a boil

Yep the in game lag is normal amounts but the champ select is soo bad.

i got the champion select lag too alot, but sometimes it runs smooth O.o and ingame i get fps lag, its going from 21 to 7 to 13 to 17 to 12 to 21 etc my fps never goes above 25 much, but 25 still plays smooth for me anything lower than 20 is lag.
