A weird inconsistency in the League In-Game Shop

When a player picks a champ where the recommended start is Doran's Shield, it also recommends to buy two health potions. However, you can only afford one health potion after Doran's Shield. This might be because they changed the prices around? Anyway, thought i should point it out.
