i mean lets face it he is now. and since he is, its time to put a leash on him so he cant spam the map, and same for mordekaiser and hell riven too and anyone else that has been given this unique gift ( zero mana/ability cap, with exception to cdr )... its time to give them all mana/energy or whatever else you want to use to leash them.

garen can just Q to run away whenever he wants too now, and his W (arguably ) now makes him the best tank available in the champ pool. and his ult is so over the top it makes me physically ill. we all know riot does not intend to take this stuff away from him for a full month at least, BUT they can do tweaks such as adding energy restrictions.
garens late game allows him to crush near everyone now. he should be put on a leash to make it more acceptable to play against. otherwise you are going to see que dodging increase by at least 10x the norm if they allow this to stand.

technically his job is to carry, and maybe you should treat him like a champ whos capable of carrying a game now. just as a lategame jax, irelia, yasuo or adc would be.
i think people need to get used to the fact that they cant just watch him snowball anymore, and itll work out because in the end he falls off. he has a lategame now, and snowballing for him means snowballing into said lategame.
you cant just ignore a nasus get fed and stack indefinitely either. the same goes for the 4 champions now. theyre now actually good at doing their job.
TheAngryDUCKY1 votesGaren lost 1 second of silence .5 seconds of movespeed, tenacity and was capped at 30 extra armor instead of being boosted by a percent of your built resistances. all so that he can be OP versus a situational champ. The carry on enemy team.
I think giving up power versus 80% of the enemy team to gain power vs 20% of the enemy team is a fair trade. (5 players means each player accounts as 20% of the team in case the basic math was to difficult for you)
