Can I get some clarification on this(new queue)?

It's about the rotation queue.

From what I read what people say is that the queue is only 2 times a week.

From what I understand the queue is there at all week long but it the gamemode is changed every week. Example: 1st week URF all week 2nd week hexakill all week 3rd week NURF all week and so on...

So which one is it?
