Do you really think Wukong being strong is because of Stormrazor ?

Alright so , first of all I'm a Mages main , Gold Elo so my opinion isn't important for some of you but Believe me , experience is more important than Rank , but I put Top as secondary and I have to play Top a lot , so Wukong and Poppy are my picks

This will be a Wukong discussion thread ,any opinions are welcome

So suddenly everyone started complaining about Wukong because people finally noticed that champion that he is 1 shooting squieshies , do you really wanna know why ? Here's the answer : Wukong has been like this for a while , he became a 1 shooting machine ,but why people suddenly started complaining about him ? Why suddenly his winrate became high ?

The answer is simple , Enchanters aren't being played that much and the Meta has shifted , adc aren't strong anymore , Wukong has Limits of what he can do , he is really bad in lane , he doesn't usually farm that much because he loses most of match ups , and he is a mana hunger so he can't spam q to farm , his poke is pretty good " E AA Q + electrocute " , that's the only move he can do with his kit , but you know what happens after that? He will get caught and loses most of his hp and regrets the moment that he poked , hell poking Darius is trolling tbh, so what he can do is to rush Duskblade and starts roaming to get kills and snowballs out of control , but at the end , that's all what he can do , he will go full damage build without any defensive items , he can go to a fight , 1 shoots someone and uses his ult , knocks up some people and dies because he usually goes too deep and no one can follow his knock up , like Vi , but at least Vi is tankier

BUT Wukong does a specific Amount of damage and can't do anything after that , he doesn't really have dps , his main damage source is his Q , I doubt that he will survive more than 2 seconds in fights vs 5 lol , so what does counter him? Shields and heals , Lulu was a hell for any Wukong player , Even Nami , she can use a good w at the right time , true he chunks most of that carry's hp but then he dies , I mean he will get CC'ed for sure and his w won't help , but now with this bot lane Fiesta , You don't see Enchanters or Marksmen that much anymore , so that's the time where he is at his strongest , ways to solve that ? The answer is obvious, nerf Duskblade and Electrcote , those are the main reasons why he is 1 shooting carries , Personally I don't always buy Stormrazor , if I do it has to be after the Lethality Items and boots

But, why his E was nerfed? To make his wave clear worse ? Do you really know the pain of playing Wukong jg and how behind you get most of the time if you try to farm ? It's understandable if the nerf went to his q , but why his E ?

Ideas to balance him : for a champion who either 1 shoots or be useless , rework him , or nerf duskblade and Electrocute and give him some tankiness , or/and a slow om his E , and give him some mana changes , this way he won't 1 shoot anyone , and he won't be useless , that's all
