the fact that in my 3 provisionals ive got someone who feeds and afked then plays something and is like im late game garen ive also had a camille who inted and then quit and people locking champions they dont know how to play .. and now i remember why i dont play ranked because people just troll in provisionals and im starting to feel like riot lets them get away with it but who knows i lost 3 placements already cus people wanna troll and now am going to get placed in bronze isnt it great

It's called categories Bronze, Silver, and Gold etc.. It's players personalities, but feel free to report them easily and hopefully Rito-San will fix the issue. Just go on with it and move on :)))
