she has so much counter play, yet when fully effective she barely can duel, needs Q/R buff please

Would buffing AD ratios, and nuking base values to compensate (so net power unchanged, but investing in damage over tankiness is more noticable) work? I play AD one and its much more stressful to play for a good portion of the game.
