Soraka will have an exclusive support item upgrade that grant extra life regen

It's something easy to balance through the cost of the upgrade and would feel nice for a number of reasons.

I don't really like the whole idea of buying warmog just to get some good life regen and I think that a lot of people don't like to have to do/face that either. The thing is that, without any rune option that can meaningfully increase life regen for soraka, she is kinda forced to see that option as there is no other viable choice.

It kinda feel bad too because in games that are not super long you just don't have a good life regen option. You are suppose to build Mikael to have a good extra life regen, but Soraka base life regen is so low and stacking % mana regen takes so long that you almost never really build it thinking about the regen. it's always to remove a CC.

I used to have scaling life regen runes but they are gone too.

My suggestion is not to buff Soraka but to have an upgrade [could cost as high as necessary to not really impact the game. Even 2000] but that would give some sort of way to access meaningful life regen.

It could even be an item that upgrades starcall range and buffed rejuvenation effect on mid-late game, just to have some sort of interaction instead of just passive tons of regen.

I don't think that should be a buff. As I said the item could cost a lot for a small mid - late game value, close to how ornn stuff works, but I would appreciate some exclusive option just to avoid the warmog stuff.
