Remove Untargetable and stealth champs

It's annoying when you're about to kill an enemy but they turn invisible then they kill you or run. Same thing with untargetable champs. Like Vayne, why is she able to go invisible after every tumble? Like Zed, when he ults and he's at low hp but kills you. And Elise when she's low she does the same thing. Makes no sense, when she tumbles she should be able to dodge auto attacks not turn invisible. Remove all untargetable and stealth champs because it's annoying and unhealthy for the game. Makes no sense.
