press e when your jungler is ganking or you're getting ganked
press r and click on champions when they walk up to you
congratluations, you are now a challenger ranked veigar.
oh and if you feel like using w, just save it for wave clear. you won't hit anybody with it anyways. fortunately, it doesn't matter if you do.
