Akali shroud should have a lower duration
She is to safe and a 8 second invs lets her get out of most self buffing abilities and punishes people who rely on auto attacks for damage to much by garenting to full combos from her if they try to duel.

so she gets gutted midlane? no thanks.
She's fairly decent from what I've experienced, but she's not entirely strong (op) right now so she's good for now.
They already did that during the Assassin update pbe cycle and it made her one of the worst champs in the game. She doesn't max it out until level 18 so having a shorter duration for skirmishes and teamfights really gutted her ability to fight at all and made her laning incredibly weak.
