Is AR URF fun?

I remember when URF was around last year, i would be able to pick MY fun champions and just go in and try to play against other peoples favorite champions.

Now were forced (you dont have to play, but its urf with great CD's) to play champions that no one really enjoys. sure you get 2 rerolls, but those rerolls have a slim chance of getting a champion you halfway like,

The problem i see with AR URF is that its not fun when you have a team that never played that champion before. We like locking in our own stuff and winning, because that is what we want, to win. Not be paired up with random trash and have to battle as hard as you can and still lose.

Why cant we have URF back? is it because no one plays ranked during the real URF? i mean, cant blame them. ranked is not fun, URF is so much fun, AR URF is on par with ranked.

Its fun if you happen to roll on a champion with high burst.

Yes!!! People think too much about winning/losing. I love AR/URF or any other gamemode rotation because it's the atmostphere of festivity that's worth looking and enjoying to.

Understandable that some games you get wrecked because of unfair matchups and you want to pick someone you know to show the opponents a thing or two, but it's totally random (for the most part, anyway). I get randomed into champions I don't normally play way more than the ones I play, and I own more of those.

Mainly it's about how you look at the mode, for fun or for competitive or anything in between. The thing that's probably frustrating is if you're losing and the opponents started taunting or laughing, which could easily be negated by mute and you can get back to the game. Me personally I get tilted for like 5 minutes if it gets really bad in this mode, then it's alright again :)

Its fun depending on RNG. Sometimes you'll be vs non overbearing champs like Urgot and other times you'll want to just afk when you're vs a team of Fizz/Yi/Jax/Skarner/Xin Zhao when your team is Aatrox/Urgot/Yasuo/Jinx/Jhin
