I fought one as hec and there was literally 0 counter play, it was just straight up unfun if you play a melee champion you just lose, his q costs basically no mana so he can just spam it forever it's just kinda dumb the only counter play is have higher range.
I mean, you completely forgot to mention the bullshit part of his kit, here's a slight hint.
