Item suggestions (for supports)
Let me start by saying i play support often (i prefer support) and feel like it is one of the funnest roles in the game. That said however i find myself looking at some of the items and thinking: What if this item was put in a state where it would be used more?
A few of these items i'm looking at use to be used semi regularly but have been phased out (maybe by intent maybe not) But i wanted to throw a suggestion in for the following items.
Zeke's is a cool item idea you buy it and it makes your ADC stronger and more sustainable great idea! The build path to get there i feel is a little funky for a support you buy a
(no use what so ever to you realistically) to get there it would be kinda cool to see an item added that gave a similar passive to Zeke's but to a lesser effect added (maybe 3% lifesteal and 5-10 ad for allies) and maybe a slight buff to Zeke's to make it something you would consider building more often.
This item was at one point a staple in the support world but since the changes have come to pass just has very rarely seen the towers of summoners rift. I would propose changing the MR to having a split between MR and armor. Or giving it an active that gave a smaller shield than
and follow that up with a 5% movement speed buff on the locket's active that was only effective while the shield persisted on the target (maybe this is to much but it sure sounds fun!)
Next i wanted to propose a "new" item idea for supports that could be created.
is cool. It has a really fun active and has it adds some very fun decision making for supports that build it. I think it would be a cool idea to add a similar item with a few key differences 1) it not be a gold income item 2) it offer a similar (but counter part so instead of mana regen maybe a small amount of health somewhere in the neighborhood of
) subset of stats to
3) it be roughly similar in cost effectiveness 4) remove the unique passive part and the active to be replaced with an active that for the next 1.5-3 seconds will create a link between you and the targeted ally during this the ally will redirect some of the damage they take to you (lets say 50% i havn't done much research into the balancing so dont slaughter be here :) )
What please provide me with any feed back saying why my ideas are bad good or otherwise as im just throwing ideas out there.
