Rune page sale?

Anyone know when the last rune page BOGO was? I was looking to try and get an estimate of when the next one will be but am thinking about buying some champs and wanna know if i should hold off on that till after the sale or just get them now.

um i could be wrong but they had one like a month ago and b4 that they had one like 2 months b4 that one.
