Silver LF DUO have been in gold promos before (and in gold before) im not a smurf

Silver looking for some duo partner i won 13 straight games made it to gold promo's lost them due to quality teams like a rammus support with no gp5 item and no wards. I then proceeded to lose 11/12 games and am now in the marvelous silver 3 cause that makes sense 13 games to go from silver 1 0 LP to gold promos 12 games to go back to silver 3.
