I think this a good idea to make other mages more popular like

because I hear it's not a problem on 
because he's squishy and immobile and its a good trade off that makes their early game very risky to farm in exchange for power.
how about we DONT make every single mage completely overpowered? it works for viegar because he has an overpowered ult and a delay/ slow speed on everything else. brand already does stupid amounts of damage and anivia wouldn't use it because she farms with her ult this is a stupid idea.
Brand actualy he pretty decent farming tools not to mention he has 340 base movementspeed. If he need a change in that area I would suggest buffing the range of his Pillar of Flame (W) a little bit.
As far Anivia goes, she actualy pretty decent right now. She's just pretty situation & other champions basicly can do her job pretty effectively 
. If she needs a buff I would suggest addressing the cooldown when she ranks her E. Maybe something like 24 / 23 / 22 / 21 / 20. That would give it 12 seconds with 40% cdr. That actualy would be a fair buff for her if we known champions like Veigar has Event Horizon on 8 seconds cooldown with 40% cdr.
