Please make ap viktor mid work again

Been maining Viktor since patch 6.17, was only really fun for a couple of patches until rylais nerfs but ive been keeping with it, currently plat 3.

Viktor top is not fun and Viktor mid is not very good......dont care if i get the 8.4 viktor or even the 7.11 viktor..............about the worst it has been for me out of all the years of playing solely viktor

Funny that the more viable viktor is, the less enjoyable he is............and in a different lane for the matter
